After the many positive reviews of the beta release of Cram for Mac from its initial launch in May 2009, SimpleLeap introduces a more polished, stable, and feature added 1.0 version of Cram just in time for the back to school rush. Cram which is a test-preparation application also available on the BlackBerry and iPhone mobile devices, allows users to study and prepare for tests using virtual flash cards and multiple-choice testing.

Cram 1.0 builds upon the many previous beta release versions by adding a more refined look and simplification of some functionalities. First time users of the application are greeted with a welcome screen for an easier introduction to the application. A built-in help document was also added to the latest release which includes basic operation questions and answers. One of the highlights of Cram 1.0 is the addition of Twitter integration into the application.

This functionality allows users to have their test score tweeted out upon the grading of their test. This feature gives the user two different options of sending the tweet within a redesigned preference panel. The preference panel now also includes an option for a user to show or dismiss the welcome screen screen upon startup.
