Universal Pictures has revealed an October 9th release date for the much anticipated Steve Jobs movie, reports Deadline.
Just days ago, the first photos of Michael Fassbender as Steve Jobs and Seth Rogen as Steve Wozniak surfaced online. The film is based on the Walter Isaacson biography of Steve Jobs and it began filming last month at Jobs' childhood home.
In addition to Fassbender and Rogen, the film stars Jeff Daniels as former Apple CEO John Sculley, Katherine Waterston as Chrisann Brennan, Jobs’ ex-girlfriend, and Michael Stuhlbarg as Andy Hertzfeld, one of the original members of the Apple Macintosh development team.
