i am using the iPad mini. On launching the app, I see "start something new" upfront and on scrolling down: iPad air 2, iPhone 6, iMac, apps for creativity. No option to swipe left on "start something new".
At the top, I see tabs: apple icon, mac, iPhone, iPad, apple tv, accessories, stores, in that order. Under stores, I see the "start something new" again, but as on the first screen, it only shows me the app, not the offer, clicking on which directs me to the apple app store where i see the priced app.
