Seth Rogen is being eyed to play Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak in the upcoming Sony movie based on the Steve Jobs biography by Walter Isaacson, reports TheWrap. Jessica Chastain is also being sought for a role in the film and Christian Bale is confirmed to be playing Apple co-founder Steve Jobs.
While neither Chastain nor Rogen have deals in place, the latter actor is in talks to play Wozniak, who created the Apple I computer and co-created the Apple II computer in the mid-1970s. Scott Rudin, Mark Gordon and Guymon Casady are producing the film, which Sony has high hopes for, as it could be a major awards contender.
Chastain is being courted for an 'unspecified role' and does not have a deal in place. She previously starred in Zero Dark Thirty and apparently has a close relationship with studio chief Amy Pascal.
The movie's script is being written by Aaron Sorkin. He has revealed that the movie will consist of just three scenes.
