Apple has seeded a new version of OS X Mavericks 10.9.5 build 13F24 to developers for download and testing. The last seed that was released to developers came in at build 13F18.
Focus areas for the build include: Safari, USB, USB Smart Cards, Graphics, Thunderbolt, and Gatekeeper.
It is unclear what 10.9.5 will bring, but most likely we'll see bug fixes and stability improvements as Apple nears an anticipated OS X Yosemite release this fall.
You can grab the update via software update mechanism or check the Mac developer center.
