New photos of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy F smartphone have leaked online via @evleaks. The device will compete with the iPhone 6 and possibly replace the Galaxy S line.
The smartphone appears to have a more premium look and feel to it with an aluminum body. Rumors indicate it will feature a 5.3-inch quad HD display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 processor with the Adreno 420 GPU, 3GB of RAM, and a 16MP camera.
The Galaxy F is expected to debut in September, just in time for the expected launch of the new iPhone 6.
Take a look at few photos below that show the device in 'crystal clear', 'glowing gold', and 'perfect golden'. Let us know what you think in the comments.
what is so excited about the iphone 5, 5c, 5s since iphone 4? be real! I was using iphone from day one, but apple just bored me with old design and slow on technology with their iphone. at least there are many other phones to choose from other than iphone. so WHAT IS THE BIG DEALabout Samsung coming out with new phone?
Samsung: “Well, that “S” didn’t work out for us, let’s try another letter, say “F”? Oh, and let’s change the body from cheap plastic to aluminum (Hey, it worked for Apple). And make the screen size of 5.3 inches in between Apple’s two iPhone 6 sizes of 4.7 and 5.5 inches, so that we don’t compete directly at the same size as the iPhone 6 models. And let’s release it in September around the same time as the iPhone 6 release, so that we can get in on the consumer and media interest generated by Apple’s products. And hey, a gold aluminum option worked for the iPhone, let's try that too.”
OK, boys. Let's slow down on the Samsung attacks least we become as troll like as their most rabid fans. There's room for more than one phone, and while they do flood the market with them, their main phone is usually pretty decent.
Samsung is so funny... All they do is recycle what they already have and call it a different name. Yes Apple do the same for 2 years but they make a leap to something different after the "S" year. Samsung releases a galaxy phone almost every other month. They have galaxy mini, galaxy s, galaxy f and whatever galaxy out there. I lost count.
Love Apple and also own an android but Samsung just over saturates the market with clones adding shitty gimmicky tricks to their software no one ever uses.there's literally 4 or 5 clones of the s5 and now this?! Lol the executive edition galaxy s for those who bitched about wanting metal
What's worse, they'll release a single 'whiz-bang' technology for each model, and then abandon it on the next. Thus they claim more 'technological innovation' than Apple, but most of it is either unusable or unreliable. The camera on this one is a good example. With the shutter on most smartphones, all that a 13 or 56 mp camera gets you is less storage capacity for your blurry photos. At least Apple has tried to improve the actual camera lens.
