Apple CEO Tim Cook promised China Mobile customers 'great things' after being asked if the company was developing an iPhone with a larger display, reports Bloomberg.
Cook was at China Mobile's headquarters store for the launch of iPhone sales at the carrier. He handed out autographed iPhones with Chairman Xi Guohua and was questioned about bigger screens and flexible displays.
“We never talk about future things,” Cook said. “We have great things we are working on but we want to keep them secret. That way you will be so much happier when you see it.”
It's estimated that China Mobile could sell as many as 10 million iPhone units this year. Pre-orders for the device reached about 1 million units.
DisplaySearch recently suggested that the iPhone 6 could come in a 4.7-inch 1600x900 version and a 5.5-inch 1920x1080 version. Notably, Reuters has reported that Apple is looking at introducing a 4.7-inch and 5.7-inch iPhone.
What size do you think would be best for the iPhone 6?
