Insanely Thin iPhone Air Concept [Video]

Insanely Thin iPhone Air Concept [Video]

Posted December 13, 2013 at 3:23pm by iClarified
SET Solution has posted its concept for the iPhone Air, an insanely thin version of Apple's popular smartphone.

At just 1.5mm (at the top) and 3mm (at the base) thin, weighing only 70 grams, and with an improved processor, iPhone Air is incredibly light and powerful. But it also comes with all the capability of iOS 7. So the possibilities for what you can do with iPhone Air, and where you can take it, are virtually limitless.

iPhone Air has a 5" Retina Display and it is only 13x6mm, a 10Mpixel Camera with double flash, and of course Touch-Id!

I'm not sure about Touch ID. Would I lose my hand together with the iPhone?

It doesn't do anything to your hand. Your eye for eye id concept, yeah... accuracy.

The fact that the phone is thin is nice, but that doesn't mean it's potable. I can hardly fit my iPhone 4S in some of my pockets because it's too tall and sticks out a little. How can a 5-inch screen phone fit in anything other than a fanny pack? And design-wise, this iPhone mockup resembles a Galaxy way too much. It's one thing to use another phone's features in a mockup, but you can't take the design.

What's with a thin obsession?! Put a bigger battery and keep the same thinness from the previous model. The concept does look awesome, but next gen? Wishful thinking. Maybe iphone 9-10.

We all know that Apple are coming out next year with a big screen iPhone which Steve Jobs wouldn't have let it happened, All I pray for is that if they do and they will that they will have 2 options a 4 inch screen and a 5 or what ever size iPhone 6 because it's a phone and 4 inch is a perfect size. About the video all I can say nice computer graphics.

Needs to have same size bezel on top as bottom. Looks un-balanced. Also not keen on the tapering width. Edge to edge screen and thinness is nice though.
