Apple is testing a 4.9-inch iPhone 6 and a larger version of the iPhone 5c, according to a CTech report.

We have just received the news from insiders is that Apple has begun testing iPhone6 prototype for some time, and its size is 4.9 inches. In addition to screen size, no more iPhone 6 news, but the news source also revealed that next year Apple will release two big-screen iPhone, ie iPhone5S and iPhone5C is an upgraded version of the big screen, but the screen size of an upgraded version iPhone5C Still not sure whether it is 4.9 inches.

There has been a lot of speculation on Apple's plan for the iPhone next year. A recent Bloomberg report claimed that the company will release 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch iPhones with displays that curve downward at their edges in the second half of 2014.

Although unconfirmed, it's widely believed that Apple will increase the size of the iPhone's display next year.

Everybody wants something bigger and assuming better..But when you find out most of the apps are not compatible and your battery still sucks after 6 months for the hardware they put in Samsuck still sucking.. You try to resell it and find out the Value degraded.. Not worth the plastic it was built on...My damn IPod Classic sold for 150 on Craigslist and it's 6 years old...

I think a bigger screen would be a waste of time and money for Apple. Any other company who designs a phone with a bigger screen also designs a phone with a different feel/look. If Apple were to create a bigger screen in their phones, they would need to compensate that with a body design overhaul. Anything else would be an ipad nano with calling functionality. Does anyone agree?

Yeah but people switch to note 3 is mainly why apple do this because it's their idea and not worry about specs and feel of the phone!

Great idea! Let's take a complete flop (iPhone C) and add a larger screen to it. We'll call it "iPhone 5C . An even BIGGER flop ;p".

justabrake - Let me educate you a little bit. Do you know how the iPhone took off. It never had an App store, thats where it changed everything and THATS where they started making money. Its because they integrated that in the iPhone. When they first started the iPhone it didnt have the app store before. Thats where the developers made games and apps. Its from then on, it made a successful iphone. Let me ask you another question, when your on your computer or phone. Do you like a phone you can customize, flash different roms and have freedom, or would you like to be limited to one stupid design and nothing more. Do you like FREEDOM or do you like being in a small room with 4 WALL and nothing more then that. The choice is yours. People want to be able to customize it. iPhone 4, 5, 5S, 5C have all the same screen DPI, its no innovation.

There has been an old and new iPhone with plastic, so yeah apple should do it, want to go cheap but want a big screen then buy the bigger 5c. The main reason they'll do this so they can get people what they want if that want bigger because some switch to note 3 for that!
