Apple has reportedly begun training its U.S. retail store employees for a new iPhone trade-in program, reports MacRumors. News of this first surfaced in June when Bloomberg revealed that Apple would be partnering with Brightstar for the program.

MacRumors has now received word from several sources reporting that Apple is indeed beginning to prepare its store employees for the program.
