Non-developers who have installed iOS 7 on their devices can safely update to iOS 7 beta 4 via Software Update, according to verified reports.
As we revealed last month, you can update to iOS 7 without a registered developer UDID as long as you perform the update procedure outlined here.
Remember you will not be able to restore your device to iOS 7; however, we have also verified that downgrading to iOS 6 is in fact possible.
