Apple has just released iOS 7 beta 3 to developers for download. No word on any of the changes yet, however it will most likely include bug fixes and performances enhancements.

The firmware is currently available via Software Update and in the developer center as well. For the iPhone 5, the update is 214mb.

Last update brought back Voice Memos and support for the iPad

We will update you with any change we find, but if you see anything, please let us know in the comments below!

You can grab the update at the dev center here.

Update: The OTA update is safe for non-developers without a UDID using the 'update' trick.

Update 2: Here is our extensive list of all the changes we found in the latest beta.

Oh, Mr Bingaman, or can i call you Brenan Jiran? We have here a pending order to GODADDY close your domain until Expiration Date on 23-feb-2014, if you break more rules, don't talk, you have here things that break 27 apple rules, if apple did their homework, you are now disappointed with apple. Don't talk about Daniel and others when you are not a good person.

I apreciate that, but as a dev manager, aren't you talking here too much? How do you know so much? Can you text me to my mail? Best regards

You are an interesting guy, now you teach me? When we search Apple database from a person or contact we have access to all information about he, about you, about all your and he's communications, actions, investigations, etc... I'm talking to much now

So for all intensive purposes, your "team" doesn't do anything having to do with Apple R&D.When you have access to the departments involved with actual developer fraud, then I'd be interested in hearing your opinion, but as of now, your little team has no real input to anything important .

Ok,you're telling me that you work for Apple right?Wrong slick, you may be a licensed developer, but so is my 12yr old son.Anyone can be a developer dude, doesn't mean you work for Apple directly.I contacted the DFA directly regarding the R&D regulations regarding that guy profiting off of something related to the iOS release in any form,or assistance without a viable direct association with the Apple Corp. You'll see the outcome of it in the next week or two, count on that.

Like i told you, investigation over him was already done, he isn't profiting off of something related to the iOS release, he is profiting off, of he's help to other people that are not allowed to use Beta versions, and get stuck. Going of-line now

Oh,and your sentence structure also gives away the fact that you're in no way affiliated with Apple....

Your imaginary team has no standing with the actual Apple corporation my friend, the NDA that actual employees of Apple must sign prohibits any comments on 3rd party forums, but hey, nice try!!

Yes, Daniel is right, he already was investigated by our team, and he wasn't selling anything illegal by our regulation. He's charging he's services essentially because of people stuck, thus eliminating the need of our intervention, and by the way, internet is a free way where he can do what he want, even charge for taking his time to help these people. By the way, don't bite the hand, when you have in your account 1 of the 7 apps developed by him. Any question just ask, not be offended each other

Whatever dude.I do have a life, and it nets me on average 155k a year doing iOS research and development for Apples Research Team(ART for short)not to mention that I own the highest rated unlocking website in the western United States.Don't think what you're doing is 100% legal in the eyes of Apple, cause you're sadly mistaken.

So if you are so business, don't spend your time here, go justify your 155k, doing ilegal unlocking

I have been in touch with Daniel for his services. I honestly thought I was in trouble with my iOS 7 installation, but I can say hand on heart that he takes personal interest in your problem. He uses Teamviewer (which I already had installed on my Mac) to take control and instruct you, chatting live on Teamviewer with you till the problem is solved. For him it is not about the money; he is very prompt with his email responses (almost like a chat), and doesn't give up till you are completely satisfied and all your queries have been patiently answered. He left me his contact details for any future troubles too. Much appreciated, very very helpful. Thumbs up! Thanks a million, Daniel.

What you are saying is not true; I contacted Daniel and he was SUPER helpful; I was having several problems but he helped me step by step, went on a Teamviewer session, got emails almost instantly and got AMAZING help and attention. I can only RECCOMEND and CONGRATULATE his level of expertise. If you, like me, are looking for a more experienced developer and you are also looking one on one support, this is the guy to contact!!!
