Apple has just released iOS 7 beta 3 to developers for download. No word on any of the changes yet, however it will most likely include bug fixes and performances enhancements.
The firmware is currently available via Software Update and in the developer center as well. For the iPhone 5, the update is 214mb.
Last update brought back Voice Memos and support for the iPad
