Supplies of Apple's Mac Pro are constrained suggesting an update might be coming soon, according to checks performed by MacTrast.
As of 10:00 AM MT this morning the site found that the entry level Mac Pro was out of stock at MacMall, B&H Photo, CDW, PowerMax, Adorama, Amazon (6 left), and J&R Electronics. Additionally, there was limited stock at MicroCenter, Frys, and Best Buy. Apple and MacConnection did have stock of the device.
Users have been waiting a long time for an update to the professional desktop. Outrage over a lack luster update last year forced Apple to reveal that it would release a new model this year.
As NAB 2013 has already past, it seems as though WWDC 2013 would be a good opportunity for Apple to launch a new Mac Pro. The company is also expected to unveil an update to its MacBook Airs.
