Steven Troughton-Smith the creator of Stack for iPhone has reportedly been working on Dashboard for the iPhone as well, according to an iPhoneFreakz report.

Abstract:
● Create a 'widget' layer for iPhone OS.
● Model it like Dashboard on OS X proper
● Load & display widget bundles
