When will DIRECTV update their app so that it can stream live TV and recordings while away from home? Several of my coworkers at DISH and I cannot get past why anyone who wants a well-working app would settle for this. The DISH Remote Access app is the only one on the market right now that streams a full lineup of live TV and DVR recordings to a mobile device, even if the person is half-way across the world from home.

There is a tweak on Cydia u can dl after u update and the directv app will work. Forgot what it's called but google it u will find it

Last time I remember updating this..I got messed up couldnt run it on my jailbroken Ipad2.. The app is perfectly working no need to mess it up.

The Cydia tweak is called xCon. Make sure u dl it after u update the app. For future updates, just remember to remove xCon, update the app, them reinstall xCon. xCon also works for other apps like HBO

XCON is the Cydia app. Your old Directv app will stop working at any moment. A new version of XCAN will hopefully be out soon to fix it.

Thats what I thought, updated it, now its messed up. It says validating user login info won't go any further. XCON 33 doesn't work .or 36. We need a newer version Can you please release it..I will buy it.
