Samsung's request to lift a preliminary injunction granted to Apple against the Galaxy Nexus phone has been denied, reports Reuters.
Last week, U.S. District Judge Lucy Koh in San Jose, California, granted Apple's request to block sales of the smartphone. Samsung had asked the court to stay the injunction pending resolution of an appeal.
Earlier today it was reported that Koh similarly rejected Samsung's request to lift a ban on the Galaxy Tab 10.1.
Reuters notes that Samsung still has a chance to have the injunctions lifted as part of their appeal to a federal appeals court in Washington, DC.
