Google is reportedly being dragged into the fight between Apple and Samsung, according to the Korea Times.
Apple was recently able to win a preliminary injunction against the Galaxy Nexus smartphone which was designed by both companies. Since the decision the two have been working together to fight Apple's offensive.
"It's too early to comment on our game plan (with Google) in the legal battle; but we will do our best to get more royalties from Apple, which has benefited from our technology," said a Samsung insider.
"The fight is becoming more dramatic and the possibility of a truce in the form of a cross-licensing deal, seems to be becoming likely."
Google is also in battle with Apple via its newly acquired Motorola Mobility unit.
Why is google siding with Samsung? They have Motorola, they should be helping their own fellow American company, but yet they are helping Korea to earn money. Shame on google for not helping America.

Why the hell should Apple be the only one being charged for what is a 'freeware' technology? And why is Samsung using the negotiations as an attempt to hold up Apple's sales, rather than offering them the same deal they do everyone else? As long as this is an anti-Apple agenda, it'll never stand up in court.
