A California judge has put limits on the number of exhibits Apple and Samsung are allowed to present when their patent infringement trial goes before a jury next month, reports MacWorld.
"It's going to be 125 exhibits per side. That's it, no more," said Judge Lucy Koh of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, during a hearing on Thursday.
Koh has also limited the companies to 25 hours of arguments for the jury trial that begins on July 30th. The idea is to force Apple and Samsung to narrow their arguments to the strongest points making it easier for jury members to understand.
