The standard plan is billed through iTunes and includes:

- Call forwarding when Line2 is not connected
- Call waiting, Caller ID support, and call transfer
- Conference calls for up to 20 people
- Visual voicemail and voicemail by email
- Phone-based live customer support from our own US-based employees
