Apple has told AllThingsD that it is not working on a new product with French designer Phillipe Starck; however, it appears Starck may have been working with Steve Jobs on building his yacht.
A report emerged earlier today stating that Starck had told France-Info radio and the Le Figaro newspaper that he has been working with Apple on a revolutionary project which will emerge in 8 months.
AllThingsD says this project is very likely Steve Jobs yacht.
Prior to his death, Apple CEO Steve Jobs was working with Starck on a yacht. And this is very likely the "fairly, if not very, revolutionary" project he was talking about. To be built by luxury superyacht builder Feadship, the yacht is believed to have a very minimalist and sleek design with a main feature being 40 foot long glass walls. And Starck has been involved in its design.
