iFixit has just posted their teardown of the new Apple TV revealing improved wireless, an A5 single core processor, 512 MB of RAM, and 8GB NAND Flash.

The bottom side of the logic board:
● Apple A5 Single Core processor
● Hynix H9TKNNN4K 512MB RAM stacked within the A5
● Toshiba THGVX1G6D2HLA01 8GB NAND Flash
● Broadcomm BCM4330 (appears to be the same chip in the iPad 3rd Generation).
● Apple 343S0479
● Apple 338S1040

The back side of the logic board:
● SMSC LAN9730 standalone USB to ethernet controller
● V301
● DELTA 8456E-R
● 54418
● TXC Mn40 25.000

iFixit notes that according to Broadcom the BCM4330 can either work with single band 2.4 GHz 802.11 b/g/n or a dual band 2.4 GHz and 5GHz 802.11 a/b/g/n antenna. They believe that Apple has preserved the 2.4GHz shared antenna and added a second antenna for 5GHz.
