Dale Gillard has released WPXO 1.1, an update to his companion application for Microsoft Office for Mac. WPXO is a simple app for your Mac's menu bar that makes it faster and easier to work with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook applications.

WPXO is conveniently located on the menu bar and can quickly launch Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook applications regardless of what app you are using. You will have the convenience of your last used Microsoft Office documents being just a click away, no matter which folder they sit in or whether you opened them weeks earlier. WPXO will save you valuable time by efficiently having your documents waiting for you when you need them.

Version 1.1 has been enhanced so you can show between 10-50 documents in WPXO's menu and sort these alphabetically, by date modified and by document kind. WPXO has also been localised for the Chinese (Simplified), French, Italian, Portugese and Russian languages. The icon is now in eye-catching colours matching your Office apps.
