Hello seriously. I don't know if anyone's ever told you that. Apple INVENTED HD screens. Samsungs are bad and everyone knows it. Anyone who thinks otherwise is kidding
(Wireless Phone) My first foray into the smartphone world has my diernfs extremely jealous. I have played around with other people's smartphones for years, and never saw one as close to perfect as this one is. Great battery life, beautiful screen, wickedly fast processor (has set a record in quadrant benchmark), decent reception and call quality, and a strong gps that locks on my indoor location even in windowless rooms without the assistance of wireless networks! About the only thing that is missing is an LED notification light, but that is easily remedied with the Marketplace App NoLED, which does the trick nicely. I have also used the very buggy Epic 4G Touch on Sprint, and the form factor on this phone is superb not too big and classically simple aesthetics.
E7I think there must be a varition in build uliqaty, shame that. My E7 power button is easy to use and the screen raising/clam shell mechanism is smooth and easy to use. The metal body of the E7 is no different to the N8 and that model has sold in large volumes and I have not seen any commentary on the long term issues with its use but I suspect most people will use a case. The Symbian OS is not that great especially given the E7 has a slow 680 Mhz CPU. But Opera runs really well, only slightly slower than the Android browser on the HTC Desire. What I would say is that for call uliqaty (important for business) I have heard one reviewer say that the E7 is the best he has used. As you know I have a iPad and 2-3 Anroid phones. I will still be using the E7 as my main business phone as it has great call uliqaty and push email.
To all those "fanatics" of a brand remember that the CEO of apple got a nexus and it's ready tolds it can do more thing than an iphone... Not because something shine means it's gold ;)
Initiative idea or innovation count. iPhone is the first in this even though some features it has are out of date compare to the other; iPhone is still the winner to me!

-1You are hilarious is so many ways. The avearge user doesn't care about a removable battery (for obvious reasons he doesn't want to carry a spare around), neither does he care for software flexibility as soon as the given software reaches a certain level of quality (which apple can reasonable claim to deliver). Video out is a minor feature that works mediocre on most android phones at best and requires an adapter. With an adapter, iPhones can do that just the same! (check your statements before blindly posting! ) As for mini-usb What's the advantage of having that? More cables lying around? Everybody has an apple cable at home.Even if there will be reasonable coverage with LTE sometime soon, it will still be around 10 years before anybody shuts down their 2G networks. Even if it were only 5, your phone would still be hopelessly outdated by the time we get there.Yeah, Samsung manufactures the A5 but Apple designed it. It's like Foxconn assembles and manufactures most parts of the iPhones but Apple designed them. Like AMD designs CPUs and GPUs but TSMC and Globalfoundries manufacture them. It's still an AMD product.Yeah, no doubt android phones have the potential and the hardware to provide a great interface. But avearge consumers don't buy potential. They buy things for what they are. And even if ICS will make Android more or less as smooth as iOS or WP7, most Android devices out now will never see that Android version. And I think generalizing from the Android device with the most powerful hardware to date is not something that would weigh against Android. And yes there are smooth launchers out there like Samsungs and Sonys default launchers but those are really just as constrained as apples iOS interface so that doesn't really count in Androids favor. And yeah, Google is new to smartphones, but Apple has a mere one year as a head start and iPhones had a smooth interface ever since the 3GS (cant judge the earlier versions) whereas Android still hasn't gotten there. So iOS took at most 2 years to get to that while Android still doesn't have it after 4 years.Performance boosts know their limits. I have tried any number of custom ROMs for my SGS/SGSII/Sensation/DesireZ. None of them manage to beat iOS.As for consumers buying iPhones without thinking Yeah but that is something that applies to just as huge a number of Android users. They have no idea what they buy but they buy it because it's being advertised like hell and everybody has one. This isn't a valid point against iOS users specifically but more against our consumption-driven society in general.
Well well look we got a Samsung user here, I'd never buy a Samsung phone, why? I already have an iPad and even if I did the 2 would never work or sync together well. So Apple is winning
...and the sheep had to point at why they are called iSheep....in any case, again, the award was for best smartphone, not best toy or best Coolaid, bwt netxt year they're planning on creating a new category, Most Lawyering or Company who Sues The Most, either that or Company Who Finds New Ways To Stop Development or Best Unfair Practices....in any case...
It all comes down to what you prefer, really, Galaxy II is a big ass phone it's not portable by any means, plasticy and unattractive, the 4S wins it for me
This is BS. My daughter tried that Samsung Galaxy SII whatever and ended up getting an iPhone4S instead. It's not bad but it can't beat the iPhone yet on usability and iPhone apps are way better than Samsung.
Mercedes or Porsche (to mension only 2) never had winned the best car of the year price, but they are on the top car manufatures and car wishes in the world. I will continue to use the Apple products and updating them as long as they are on the top of the technology and quality :) and i live happy without losing time with the others Vulnerabilities, long live the Windows and the Android, as long as they live the virus and vulnerabilities will not arrive on the OSX and iOS.
Lars, the minimum deifnitely serves as a filter. But I think something deeper is also happening here highlighting the difference between Flickr and Del.icio.us.On Flickr, people tag objects and scenes from their OWN life as such it reflects the idiosyncracy and subjectivity of individuals. On the other hand, articles tagged on del.icio.us are mostly links to articles or professional material.I think we will see a greater variety of tags when people tag personal stuff, as opposed to mostly professional stuff.

....the fanboys are angry!!!!....btw the price was Best Smart phone, not best toy, that's why the SGS2 got it....btw I heard the next miPhone will come with a 12Mpx camera....sad cause most smart phones will be around 18 Mpx, I mean Nokia is at 41 Mpx
Samsung is good but it will never beat the iPhone . iPhone's quality is way better than Samsung , just 2 days ago I dropped one oft friends Samsung the screen cracked right away , cheap phone , but if u drop an iPhone from 100 floor trust me nothing will happen to it
It is a better phone that an iphone 4 but is just phone. Great and shiny and does the phone thing really well. I don't mind that my PDA, iPod, TV, ebook reader, radio, games machine and of course phone comes our second best.
Remember the iPhone 4s was not jailbroken when they compared it to galaxy S2. To be honest iPhones suck when it's not jailbroken. It's getting better though cos' alots of things are getting copy from the jailbroken iPhone.
Are they kidding me? samsung jealous!... Carriers are spending billions of dollars to affiliate with apple. I will never buy another phone besides an iPhone .
