Roku has updated its remote app for iOS adding a stand remote control with 'D pad' buttons.

Turn your iOS device into a control center for your Roku streaming player. Launch channels, use your phone as a remote and find new channels to watch.

Features:
• Launch or rate any channel with a tap of your finger.
• Use a simple touch and swipe based remote control. Includes instant replay, back and options buttons.
• Easily browse hundreds of channels in the Roku Channel Store.
• Quickly add and remove channels to/from your Roku player.
• Control and switch between multiple Roku players.

What's New In This Version:
• Added a standard remote control with "D pad" buttons and shortcuts for Netflix, Pandora and Crackle. You can toggle between standard and swipe remotes in app settings.
• Improved device discovery in setup for some users. (If you still have trouble finding your Roku player, try turning on/off Wi-Fi on your iOS device.)
•Improved loading time of Home (installed channels) tab.
• Added shortcut to switch accounts when you select a Roku player that is on your network but isn't linked to the Roku account to which you signed in.

You can download Roku from the App Store for free.
