I do not see the benefit of this app in iOS 5, especially when the APP management is handled with ease in SBS. As far as the battery, not much can be done other than turn off options such as bluetooth etc.

There's no benefit to free memory in iOS 4+. The moment a foreground app needs more memory than available, all apps are given a memory warning and asked to free up cached data. If there still isn't enough memory, the oldest apps that are suspended in memory are automatically terminated. Explicitly freeing up the memory accomplishes nothing except in the atypical case of a bad/buggy app that refuses to cooperate (of which there are fewer and fewer each day).

You have 96 MB Left with 158MB Used. You Add 99Mb to Used giving you 246MB thou you only had 96 Free? I've used apps like this in and all they do is slow down the whole phone. Clear you cache and internet processing and close all your apps is the best way.
