Ryan Petrich has started work on CydiaBulletin, a new tweak that will let you know when updates to your Cydia apps are available.
Earlier today Petrich posted an actual screenshot of the tweak which shows an update for Activator being displayed in Notification Center.
No word on when it might be available; however, work is underway.
