Apple's iTunes Terms and Conditions is a huge document with a lot of rules you agree to abide by in order to use the service.
Since most people just click 'Agree' without reading the terms, it may surprise you to know that Apple makes you promise not to use the application to build a nuclear bomb.

You also agree that you will not use these products for any purposes prohibited by United States law, including, without limitation, the development, design, manufacture, or production of nuclear, missile, or chemical or biological weapons.
