This is their way of getting rid of old product. They probably didn't have many iPhone 4 32gb sales.

Not really. Tried to have them do it for one VZ and one AT&T and they denied me. And the fine print is both phones need be activated on new 2 year contract. This really is only good for new customers strictly. And who doesn't already have one of these.
