Trinix3 has announced the release and immediate worldwide availability of their first title for iPhone and iPod touch called Lords. Lords is a free massive multiplayer online role-playing game in which users get a chance to climb their way to becoming a wealthy Lord with land, armies and subjects under their command.
A players' heroic story begins in the Middle Ages, working for a land-owning Lord as a knight, peasant, courtesan, or spy. There are plenty of quests to complete along the way. After buying their first piece of land, players are elevated to the status of a Lord and get access to a new world of options.
Players have an array of strategic options they can use to succeed in the ambitious world of Lords. They have an opportunity to play as a variety of character types (Duke, Baron, Marquis etc.). They can raise armies, build fortresses, hire real players, make alliances against rival Lords, experience a true market economy, and much more.
