MySaver is a Kickstarter project for a cable protector that will save your iPhone, iPod, and iPad cables from being damaged by wear and tear.
If you're like me you know these cables eventually break or short out when you need them most, leaving your prized iPhone completely out of charge. These cables are the lifeline of not only the iPhone, but all iPads and iPods. A break in a cable could cause a pricey repair, or a day spent looking for a replacement. That happened to me, and yes it sucked. Thus out of necessity the MySaver cable protector has been designed and engineered smartly using high-grade aluminum and secure, flexible silicone in five colors for personalization, and to provide a beautiful, protective solution to an ugly problem.
The project was created by Thomas Lehman, a designer and strategist who has worked for Ferrari, Nike, Motorola and others. The goal of $15,000 in funding has already been surpassed with 46 days to go.
