Installer 4.0 to be Released Tomorrow?

Apparently one of the Rip Dev Team members has posted on a russian blog saying Installer 4.0 will be out tomorrow.

This information is not verified and has not been posted on the official RiP Dev blog; however, Installer 4.0 is supposed to be available very soon...
