Comex's jailbreak for the iPad 2 has been leaked online by what appears to be a private beta tester.
The video below posted by AppReviewerWill provides a link to and shows the jailbreak of an iPad 2 on iOS 4.3. The jailbreak uses a PDF exploit similar to how JailbreakMe worked in the past. You do not need to have your iPad connected to a computer to perform the jailbreak.
We strongly suggest that you wait until Comex officially releases his jailbreak and we do not condone the theft of work from others. Also, there is no telling how complete the leaked jailbreak is or if it has any bugs.

RedmondPie says that the PDF for iOS 4.3.3 was also leaked but the mirrors have been taken down.

We are getting reports that the remaining leaked pdf is for Wi-Fi iPads only. Again we recommend you do not try this until Comex officially releases the jailbreak!
