Apple has intensified its legal action against Samsung by filing a lawsuit against the company in South Korea, according to the WSJ.

Apple alleges that Samsung copied its iPhone and iPad design: "It's no coincidence that Samsung's latest products look a lot like the iPhone and iPad, from the shape of the hardware to the user interface and even the packaging. A U.S. judge recently denied Samsung access to the iPhone 5 and iPad 3 noting that the company was overreaching in their request.
