The Launcher finds all the installed programs on a computer and allows them to be started just like apps on the iPhone. It also displays icons pinned to the Dock or Taskbar as a scrollable row at the bottom of the screen. The Application / Window Switcher displays all the computer's open windows as thumbnails in a unique, scrollable grid. Any window can be focused by tapping on a thumbnail. You can also close, minimize or maximize windows with a tap and hold control menu.
