Apple has reportedly reached agreements with three out of the four major music labels for its upcoming cloud music service, according to Bloomberg. The third label to sign is said to be Sony. EMI and Warner are already on board.
The new iTunes offering will let users store content on Apples servers and access it using the Web, rather than loading songs into a devices memory, said the people, who asked not to be identified because the plans havent been made public. The plans could be previewed as early as Apples developers conference, set to begin June 6, the people said.
With the top three labels signed it shouldn't be long before Universal is as well.
