Mac OS X Lion Gets Redesigned iCal, Merged iChat Buddy Lists

Apple released Mac OS X Lion Developer Preview 2 yesterday. The update brings a redesigned iCal application and merged buddy lists in iChat, according to 9to5Mac.

Previously iChat would open separate buddy lists for AIM, Bonjour and Jabber contacts. Now these contacts are merged into one big buddy list.

iCal now features a new leather bound header with faux stitching as you can see in the screenshot below...
