Real Inverse has announced the release of Paper Ninja 1.2.0, their first game for iPhone and iPod touch. Paper Ninja involves swiping your finger across the screen to cut through a horde of aggressive Paper Ninjas. Paper Ninja is designed to give players the thrill of a sword-fight by using a finger. Just like sword fighting, it is easy to pickup but difficult to master.
Since Paper Ninja was released in July, there has been some comments that it is a clone of another game. To address these issue among others, we gave Paper Ninja an overhaul in its version 1.2 update so that players can enjoy a better gaming experience and do a compare and contrast!
Previously, there were some reports that the game is defective as they sometimes cannot cut the Paper Ninjas. We did an investigation and realized that players did not know that Paper Ninja's weapons can block the players' attack. Therefore, we humbly requested the Grand Master to increase the power of the finger slash just enough to disarm the Paper Ninjas. With the disarm, it is now more obvious that the weapon is there to block the attack.
Then, we begged the Grand Master to capture tons of Paper Ninjas alive, took away their weapons, and tied them up. We tossed them up just like the "you-know-what-ninja" so that gamers can compare the difference between the real live Paper Ninja and well, edible stuff. More importantly, we are doing this all in the name of FUN!
In order to thank our fans, we moved to a nicer location for the scenery and gave the Paper Ninjas some wardrobe allowance to buy nicer clothes and weapons too. Have great fun with the new and polished Paper Ninja!
Pricing and Availability: Paper Ninja 1.2.0 is only $0.99 USD (or equivalent amount in other currencies) and available worldwide exclusively through the App Store in the Games category.
