British cartoonist, Nick Miller, presents thirty of the most effective stress-busting stretches, each lovingly illustrated in Retina Display quality.

StretchZ 1.4 adds ten new stretching exercises and introduces swipe scrolling through the exercises. StretchZ Free 1.0 features the first 10 stretches of the full version.
