Apple Releases macOS 27.2 Golden Gate RC to Developers [Download]

Apple has released the release candidate of macOS 27.2 Golden Gate to developers for testing. The update carries build number 26B118.

Today's release arrives six days after the fourth macOS 27.2 beta, seeded on October 13. A release candidate is typically the final testing build before a software update is released to all users.

Alongside the Golden Gate RC, Apple has seeded third release candidates of macOS Sequoia 15.8.2 and macOS Tahoe 26.7.2. Those updates carry build numbers 24H230 and 25G330, respectively.

Developers can download the software from the Apple Developer Center or install the updates through System Settings > General > Software Update with the appropriate developer beta selected under Beta Updates.
