HP to Release webOS 'Hurricane' Tablet by Q3 2010?

Now that HP has purchased Palm, the company plans to release a webOS tablet code named 'Hurricane' by the third quarter of this year, according to the Examiner.

Not too long ago--actually, only three weeks back--HP was still bragging about its HP Slate, a Windows 7 based tablet that was supposed to become the new iPad killer. However, early reviews suggested that the HP slate should just kill itself and that's exactly what appears to have happened.

The Examiner cites 'many industry insiders' as the source of this information.
