Use Your iPad in Landscape Mode With Keyboard Dock [DIY]

A DIY solution to using your iPad in landscape mode with a keyboard dock has been posted by BookofJoe.
The basic idea is to use a dock extender cable
and the iPad case to reorientate the device.
Hopefully we will see some third party docks soon.
