Apple Places 55th on Fortune Global 500 Top Companies List

Apple has placed 55th on Fortune's Global 500 Top Companies, an annual list of the world's biggest corporations.

Apple moved up the list from 111th place last year. Samsung placed 20th.

Topping the list and ousting Walmart was Royal Dutch Shell then Exxon Mobil.

Not only do trolls hired to hurt Apple related sites by competing companies try to halt honest discussions, they also try to assume other's identities, to gain leverage they can't earn themselves. Ops, take this as a warning. You'll probably need to institute limits on what names people can claim online!
