Powerguard is a new tweak that requires a password before allowing the powering off of your iPhone.
Just predefine a security code that will be asked when someone will try tho shut down your loved device! for disabling or enabling it you will need to provide you password so no one can simply disable it!
"Thanks to Matan Itah for all the help and for this cool idea :) "
You can purchase Powerguard for $0.99 from the Cydia Store.

Never put a password on your Idevice because how would someone connect to wifi so you can track them down incase they take you simcard out? Unless you have a simtray like at the apple store which has no eject hole!
I installed this app held power & Home it never asked me for a password.
Stupid.
It should have power and home prevention guard.
Thats why its $.99! good try thou.
Its not that dumb of an extension, if your phone is stolen since they cant shut it down so easily that gives you more time to track your device from find my iphone.
You are right but I believe there is also an extension that could be used in collaboration that when the sim card is removed the last location and maybe more information can be sent to an email address or text to another device.
I hope I won't loose my iphone4s man..I will freak the fuck out..Because once your phone is gone you will never see it again no matter what.
I am already paranoid about my iPhone .Just the there day my iPhone sled out of my pocket in my jeep I went to Lowes at least for 45 minutes came back it is still there..
Thank you Lord! I freaked out .. couldn't believe no1 took it..And I my top was down
Apple should come out with something.
But Pressing Home+Power buttons for a few seconds will power off & reboot the idevice. And can still jailbreak the idevice using this method, even if not following the proper steps for entering DFU mode. What's the use??
