Apple has posted a new iPhone Ad featuring the free application, Loopt.

Loopt shows users where friends are located and what they are doing via detailed, interactive maps on their mobile phones. Loopt helps friends connect on the fly and navigate their social lives by orienting them to people, places and events. Users can also share location updates, geo-tagged photos and comments with friends in their mobile address book or on online social networks, communities and blogs.

Great, one more app to end my privacy, wouldn't it just be easier to text the person instead of finding out where they are in real time?

This app is nowhere to be found on the AppStore!!!

Great, the end of provacy as we know it. Just remember that if you already have an iphone, don't let your wife have one. The same goes for those under federal investigation, so, unless you only have friends in your life, don't get this app. It's satisfying enough to just get in touch by e-mail or something.
