i reccomend not to install this on iOS 5.0.*, it freezes a lock screen
Case you have already installed: the way i found to recover my iPhone was to ask someone else to call me, then i answered and switched to another app.
Try this before restoring the iPhone

Do not install it on iphone 3gs. I did on mine ios 501. And ended up bricking my phone. Completely freezes the phone on lockscreen. You cant unllock or get into the springboard after installing.
