Apple's iTunes Terms and Conditions is a huge document with a lot of rules you agree to abide by in order to use the service.
Since most people just click 'Agree' without reading the terms, it may surprise you to know that Apple makes you promise not to use the application to build a nuclear bomb.
Here's the section as first noticed by @markgurman:
By using the Licensed Application, you represent and warrant that you are not located in any such country or on any such list. You also agree that you will not use these products for any purposes prohibited by United States law, including, without limitation, the development, design, manufacture, or production of nuclear, missile, or chemical or biological weapons.
As always, iClarified is late to the party. This has been discussed millions of times YEARS ago. This is nothing new. Seems like the iClarified staff are running out of news/bullshit to write about.
LOL Maybe and just maybe there is a hidden feature in iTunes to click click then... Yeah baby, nuclear war head on your desk! Just click only what you see folks! LOL. Priceless.
