Apple Launched the iPhone 4S in Over 20 New Countries Today

Apple has launched the iPhone 4S in over 20 new countries today, observes MacRumors.
The list of new countries includes: Bahrain, Brazil, Chile, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Morocco, Peru, the Philippines, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Taiwan, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam.
Pricing varies across each market. In some countries such as Brazil the price of an iPhone 4S is ridiculously high costing as much as $1830US for the 64GB.
If the iPhone 4S launched in your country today and it's not in this list, please let us know.

In my country, Malaysia. The 4s is already out of stock just 24 hours after the launching, i'm unable to get mine in time..first time ever in my country i see people are queuing up to buy something other than the lottery ticket :)

The iPhone 4S 32GB in Venezuela cost 840$ with a contract for 18 Months (45$ / Month).
Its on sale only with Reservation, and the availability its very low.
i am from iraq and i have the black iphone 4 32G and the white 4s 64G :)
but we don't have apple store in our city baghdad we need apple center or store :(
i and my all friends wish that. we love apple product :)
