Apple to Release LTE iPad in Japan by Summer, LTE iPhone by Autumn?

Apple will reportedly release a LTE iPad in Japan by summer and a LTE iPhone by autumn, according to Nikkei Business.
Macotakara reports that Ryuji Yamada President and CEO and Senior Executive Vice President Kiyoyuki Tsujimura and others of NTT DOCOMO visited the United States in the middle of November and talked together with Tim Cook CEO, and basics agreed by sale of iPad in iPhone and the next generation in the next generation and started full-scale negotiations about the conditions such as sales figures.
That makes sense (The iPhone release) they usually wait a year before releasing a new iPhone, unlike other competitors (mainly RIM...new and I use that term loosely, phone every couple months for no reason) But just like always, come April, rumours of a July launch and what features the phone will have, etc will arise.
