Samsung has decided not to file an injunction against the iPhone 4S in South Korea, according to TechCrunch.
"We concluded that we should engage in legal battles with Apple only in the global market, but not in order to gain more market share in Korea," an unnamed Samsung executive said.
In September the company had a different message saying that they would take Apple to court as soon as the new device arrived.
"Samsung plans to take Apple to court here for its violation of Samsung's wireless technology related patents."
It's unclear why Samsung had a change of heart; however, TechCrunch suggests that it may be a PR issue.
