The documents were obtained by 9to5Mac and are similar to the leaked ones for iPhone 4S, iPod touch, iPod nano, iWork for iOS and Cards.

Let's say we activate PC FREE. What if you are on a jail broken device and do not want to update your IOS? It states it will automatically download IOS as well. Not a good thing is it if jail broken?

Is iCloud storage amount based on each device or an account? For example, if I have 3 iOS devices, do I get 10GB free iCloud storage or is it still 5GB?

i believe it is 5GB for each account, regardless of how many devices. Since everything will be in sync anyway, this seems to make sense. but yes, i can understand how it might not be enough for people with a lot of content across many devices.
